Dear 98th, Because of the rapid growth of the 98th clan, recruiting will come to a halt as of November 13th, 20:30. Clan recruiting will be discontinued untill further notice. On a further note, Officer Applications will not be given a response until November 30th. Sorry to all those who applied. Once we open up recruiting again, and see need for further assistance with the commanding, and training of soldiers, and non-commissioned officers, we will again begin to appoint new officers.

Because our very fortunate, and rapid growth, we are in need of higher ranked officers, as well as higher ranking NCO's to help keep us organized. Because of these positive circumstances, I hereby promote Corporal Kozentov to Lieutenant. Kozentov has passed his application, and has the essential qualities we look for in future officers. Lieutenant Kozentov should be considered a role amongst all 98th members. Congratulations Kozentov!
